All customers and visitors to this website agree to comply with Adrenazen, LLC’s terms and conditions as expressed below.

Cancellations

To receive a class credit on a cancelled registration, you must cancel your class 24 hours prior to the class start time.  Classes not cancelled 24 hours prior to the time of the class will be charged the normal class fee.

Workshop registrations can be cancelled, but due to limited and exclusive attendance you will not be receive a credit once cancelled.

Waiver

By signing up for and/or attending Adrenazen LLC classes, workshops, or privates, you hereby agree that there are certain inherent risks and dangers related to engaging in active and passive exercise.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in and having access to classes and facilities provided by Adrenazen LLC, in addition to the payment of any fee or charge, you hereby agree to:

  1. assume full responsibility for any and all injuries or damage which are sustained or aggravated by you in relation to the classes and facilities,
  2. assume all risk of injury and assume full responsibility of your use of the facility and shall not harm Adrenazen LLC
  3. represent you are  in good health and have no disability, impairment, injury, disease or ailment which would prevent you from attending Adrenazen LLC classes and/or using the facilities
  4. by signing up and/or attending any Adrenazen activity, you are confirming that you have not been instructed by a physician not to do so.

Series Returns - All series sales are final, no refunds for cash or credit will be provided after the purchase of a series. If you choose not to continue your Adrenazen series you are not eligible for a refund. We have multiple package opportunities, if you feel you will not be able to complete a package, you may want to choose one of the smaller packages.

Merchandise Returns – All merchandise sales are final, refunds for merchandise will only be provided in the form of a store credit or exchange in the case of a fault. No refunds for cash.
